Donjuan de Pichera at Foxwood

"Donjuan" was a Spanish import from the famous Pichera Kennel. He certainly lived up to his name. He made a huge impact on the breed & became the breeds Top Stud Dog 3 years running also Top 10 ALL BREEDS Stud Dog & Top Working Stud. He sired 7 Champions in his short time with us, amongst other CC winning stock, siring several of the breeds Top Giants who have won groups & group placements at Crufts & general championship shows. In my opinion, he was one of the most dominant Stud dogs that made a huge impact on the breed & who's influence can still be seen in the show ring today.
A truly remarkable dog & is still sadly missed.
The importance of introducing imports is essential for any breed, as this introduces new genes which is vital for the breeds future.
